  • About The Role

  • We live and breathe recruitment software – after all, Eploy was born & developed in our HQ in Kidderminster. With this in mind, we need a Customer Success Team to have the same passion and enthusiasm for all things recruitment & technology that we do. Not only will you be supporting all of our clients on how to use Eploy, you will also be providing training, consulting on best practice and helping us to drive our product forward.

    This office based role will certainly keep you on your toes and give you the opportunity to grow within the business. Our successful Success Team is the pathway into Implementation, Account Management & Sales, so you will be able to develop as we do.

    Each day, you will work closely with our Product Experts & the wider Client Services team, learning hands-on at the cutting edge of recruitment technology. 
     
    About You

Each of our customers and every issue is unique, so it’ll be up to you to help figure out what needs to be done to make them happy.

    To achieve this, you’ll be fully backed up by a team of genius techies and implementation experts. You’ll always be learning and opening doors to new opportunities to develop your career potentially into Product Experts; Training, Implementation; Project Management; Sales, Account Management or Marketing.

    As well as a desire to provide awesome support to our customers, successful candidates must have:
    • Cheerful and charming phone manner
    • Clear and concise writing skills
    • Creative approach to problem-solving
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel and Outlook)
    • Comfortable with technology - we are a software house after all!
    It would be great if you had…
    • Helpdesk / 1st line support experience.
    • Any recruitment or HR experience would really help you stand out!
    • Any experience using similar software, such as CRM, ATS, HR or Sales software.
